Refunds and Cancellations:
- Requests for cancellations must be made in writing. The written request must be received by us by the date specified as the cancellation deadline.
- Depending on how close the cancellation is to the tour’s departure date, cancellation fees could be charged; these fees are governed by certain tour’s cancellation policy.
- During the tour, no reimbursements/refunds will be given for no-shows or unused tour services
- For cancellations, no refunds will be provided; alternatively, we reserve the right to issue a voucher or reschedule the tour.
Modifications and Amendments
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable occurrences beyond of our control, we retain the right to alter the tour schedule, including the order of activities. However, we will make an effort to offer better or more comparable options wherever we can.
- You will be given the option of a full refund or a different tour option in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour.
Travel papers and coverage:
- Prior to the start of the tour, it is important duty to make sure you have all necessary travel documentation, including your passport, visa, and any necessary health records.
- To protect against trip cancellations, medical problems, lost luggage, and other unanticipated situations during the tour, we strongly advise buying comprehensive travel insurance.
