- We disclaim liability for any loss, harm, or damage brought on by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, unrest in politics, labour disputes, or mechanical breakdowns.
Conduct and Behaviour:
- Throughout the trip, we anticipate that all visitors will behave in a polite and responsible manner.
- We reserve the right to terminate a customer’s participation in the tour at any time without providing a refund if it is determined that their behaviour is disruptive or damaging to others.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Indian law governs these terms and conditions. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions.
