Before making a reservation for a tour or travel package with Western travel, please read our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions set forth the guidelines that apply to our (the tour operator) and your (the consumer) contractual relationship. You consent to being bound by these terms and conditions when you make a booking for a tour or travel package with us.

Reservations and Payment:

• Depending on the tour details, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be needed to guarantee your appointment.
• The remaining payment must be paid before the tour starts, unless otherwise noted in the itinerary.

Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods are all acceptable forms of payment. For some payment methods, additional charges could be necessary.

Fitness and Health Requirements:

• Some excursions could include physical exertion or call for a particular level of fitness. It is your responsibility to make sure you are physically fit and in good health in order to participate in the those tour activities.
• At the time of booking, kindly let us know if you have any medical issues, food restrictions, or special requirements.

Responsibility and Liability:

• We serve as a conduit for you and many different tour service providers. Due to the actions or inactions of these vendors, we are not responsible for any loss, harm, damage, or delay that results.
• We disclaim liability for any loss, harm, or damage brought on by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, unrest in politics, labour disputes, or mechanical breakdowns.

Conduct and Behaviour:

• Throughout the trip, we anticipate that all visitors will behave in a polite and responsible manner.
• We reserve the right to terminate a customer’s participation in the tour at any time without providing a refund if it is determined that their behaviour is disruptive or damaging to others.

 Data Protection and Privacy:

               We’ll treat your personal data in accordance with our website’s privacy statement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

               Indian law governs these terms and conditions. The courts of  India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions.
